DIAMANTE ARAGON

Born and raised in Colorado, Diamante Aragon is an experienced Human Resource professional who has worked for many organizations, such as large tech companies and small businesses spanning across the United States and India. Several factors have helped define her career such as learning and development, emotional intelligence, and organizational behaviors.

Her work experience has exposed her to many different socio economic groups and people with diverse backgrounds. She is driven by a passion to help others achieve their goals and make the world a better place for the future generations to come. Her strengths include organization, consistency, communication, making human connections, and leadership. 

In addition to her primary work functions, Diamante has been a leader in helping build Employee Resource Groups, promoting company culture, and launching volunteer efforts. On her off time she enjoys spending time with family, going out to dinner with friends, and sitting down with a blanket, coffee, and a good book to relax.
