Meghan brings 17 years of varied global Human Resources experience, ranging from the worlds of auction, publishing and technology. Along with being a certified coach, she focuses on bringing white-glove service to the full employee experience. Her strengths lie in strategy, communication, coaching and innovation.
By creating environments for organizations to harness their full potential, Meghan empowers employees and leaders at all levels to develop and maximize their skill set and achieve great things.
Most recently serving as Vice President, HR Business Partner for Christie's, she oversaw the global people strategy for the storied auction house's most prestigious divisions across New York, London, Paris and Hong Kong. Prior to that she led transformational change at Zillow Group and Conde Nast, amongst other high-growth, fast-paced and matrixed firms.Meghan accidentally fell into Human Resources early on in her career and was quickly hooked.
She's passionate about, and driven by the opportunity HR has to touch every part of the business, taking a team of people from good to great - or great to game changing. Outside the "office", she's an avid traveller and enjoys yoga, film, the performing arts and mentoring entrepreneurs.
