Tayla Williams brings her years of HR experience in retail, public/government and healthcare to Talent to Team.

She is from New Orleans, the home of Jazz music, Creole food, one of the largest Mardi Gras celebrations in the world. She comes from a very large family who treats “Saints (football) Sundays” like a religious doctrine and considers food the gateway to all that is good. Laissez les bons temps rouler is not just a saying for her family, but it is a way of life. 

Tayla considers herself a free-thinking optimist. She believes in dismantling systems of oppression. She has an unyielding passion for fashion and interior design, but in contrast, loves nature and extreme sports! In her spare time, she does charitable acts (homeless outreach, teaching financial literacy to youth in socioeconomically deprived communities, community garden projects, etc.).
