ALEXANDRIA BROWN

Alexandria Brown is an action-oriented global People and Talent Leader with 15 years of experience as a human-centric HR Business Partner, thought leader, and program manager. She brings a user experience approach to HR and TA (the product is company culture and values, and the human (‘user’) is the candidate and the employee). 

 

She lends credibility to her fractional HR role by drawing on her executive leadership experience and consulting engagements in various industries, including SaaS, fintech, gaming/social apps, digital marketing/advertising/media, automotive, CPG & sustainability, and education. She has experience in M&A, the public and private sectors, and domestic and global organizations.

 

Before shifting her focus to consulting partnerships with industry-disrupting startups in tech and cannabis, she built People Operations/HR programs and led Talent Acquisition at Media.Monks, Code to the Future, if(we), & BrightScope.

 

Alexandria enjoys supporting those in her community, whether volunteering with the NAACP to provide voter education and registration or finding grassroots methods to help the unhoused. Alexandria is an advisor for the Digital Marketing for Executives Program at California State University, Chico, and a former writing contributor with Forbes HR Council.

In 2021, she rescued a beautiful, goofy, and VERY vocal blue-point Siamese cat named Kobe. You can follow him here. Alexandria likes to start her mornings with a workout (Pilates, HIIT, walking) and a guided affirmation and meditation session. She spends her free time getting dance-y at OutsideLands and Stern Grove, taking chill, woodsy hikes, picnicking with friends, and exploring cities abroad.
