She has worked with startups and growing companies across various industries, bringing a thoughtful, people-first lens to complex business challenges.
Her work centers on executive partnership, organizational design, growth and leveling frameworks, and leading companies through change. She is known for bringing clarity and structure to growth, helping leaders balance business needs with what people need to succeed. Bonnie thrives in fast-moving environments and works closely with leadership teams to drive alignment and build cultures that support both performance and people.
Bonnie lives in the Austin, Texas area with her husband and their three kids. Outside of work, you can usually find her at a youth sports game, planning the next family adventure, or getting lost in a good book.
