She started her career in payroll and benefits, then moved into broader HR roles where she led initiatives in compliance, employee relations, and performance management—always with a focus on people-first practices.
As a People Operations Manager, Robin partners with clients to build strong, scalable HR foundations. She’s a trusted advisor to both leaders and employees, known for her practical, empathetic approach and her ability to navigate complex workplace challenges with clarity and care.
Robin lives in Denver, Colorado with her partner and growing family. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her dog, reading, traveling and spending time outdoors.
