Ziola brings 14 years of recruiting experience, spanning industries such as high tech robotics, software, cloud computing, cyber security, manufacturing, healthcare, marketing, and retail.

Beginning her career in the nonprofit sector (recruiting people to fundraise) she then worked 5 years for Namaste Solar as their HR Director, where many she recruited still remain to this day. Ziola later got into consulting work and started her own company, AlignHR to help start-ups and small businesses build their teams. She has had several successes including recruiting for Revolv (a home hub before Alexa and Google Home) that was eventually acqui-hired by Nest. She also recruited for PopSockets early in their growth and hired key employees that contributed to their skyrocket growth.

She has recruited all types of roles including engineering, customer success, sales, marketing, product and more. Talent to Team’s clients can leverage Ziola’s wealth of knowledge about recruiting hard to find talent, high tech talent, and building high performing teams.

On a personal note, Ziola moved from Boulder, CO to Asheville, NC about 4 years ago and enjoys hiking (there’s lots of waterfalls around the Asheville area!), playing Catan, collecting rare bourbon whiskeys, going to breweries or vineyards and watching her mother perform (she’s a professional violinist). Ziola also volunteers at a local food pantry.
