He has led HR functions across a wide range of industries—from healthcare IT and medical technology to professional services and global organizations—guiding companies through rapid growth, strategic transformation, and operational scaling.

Fred has deep expertise in HR strategy, HRIS implementation, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, compliance, and policy design. He has successfully implemented enterprise systems like Workday, Gusto, and ATSs, redesigned total rewards frameworks to align with business goals, and supported merger and acquisition transitions while maintaining talent continuity and engagement. His approach consistently delivers measurable results, from reducing turnover and payroll costs to doubling HR operational efficiency and improving leadership diversity.
