Matt Ludtke

People Ops Manager

Matt brings over 6 years of People Operations experience, most recently serving as the sole HR lead for a fully remote digital marketing agency with employees across 15 states. In that role, he built HR infrastructure from the ground up, owning everything from multi-state payroll and compliance to onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Matt has supported organizations through some of their most complex people moments, including reductions in force, org restructures, PEO migrations, and rapid scaling. He is known for bringing clarity to fast-moving environments and for building the kind of trust with managers and employees that makes HR feel less like a function and more like a partner.

Clients can expect someone who gets to know their business quickly, asks the right questions, and brings practical solutions that work for them.

Matt lives in Kalamazoo, Michigan with his wife, two kids under four, and their dog Calvin. When he's not wrangling all of them, you'll find him on the golf course.
