LEE CLOUD

Lee comes to Talent to Team with close to 10 years of people operations and talent acquisition experience working with growing tech startups.  Majority of those years were spent as the first people operations professional hired to build out people functions and scale stellar teams. She leads through a lens of scalability, sustainability, inclusivity, and capital efficiency.

 

Lee is passionate about creating positive and inclusive work environments that foster employee engagement, performance, and growth. She has a proven track record of spearheading and executing diverse people operations initiatives for growing startups, ranging from employee onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, culture, and recognition. She truly geeks out on onboarding and helping new hires have an awesome first day.

 

Lee resides in Denver, CO with her sweet pup Lucy Goose, and does not ski or snowboard. When she’s not working with early-stage startups, you might find her running around town playing adult tag with two of her best friends, organizing events to enhance community, and humbly schooling folks at Connect 4.
