This range of experience has given her a deep understanding of how to tailor people strategies to different growth stages and organizational needs.
Amy thrives in meeting companies exactly where they are, whether that means building People practices from the ground up, stabilizing through times of change, or scaling fast. She is known for designing pragmatic, sustainable solutions that drive growth while keeping people at the center of the business. Her work spans all aspects of the People function, including employee engagement, talent acquisition, and new manager coaching.
Outside of work, Amy is an avid traveler and equestrian. She finds inspiration in exploring new cultures and fulfillment in her lifelong passion for horses.
