Holding a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, he brings a deep understanding of human behavior, organizational dynamics, and business operations to building high-performing organizations.
Throughout his career, Elliot has led organizations through significant growth and transformation, including scaling companies from 30 to 1,500+ employees, building the infrastructure needed to support a Series B company through IPO readiness, navigating complex M&As, and leading large-scale organizational, talent, and technology transformations.
He has partnered with leadership teams across a wide range of growth stages, helping organizations navigate complexity while building strong people and operational foundations. Using a data-informed and research-backed approach, Elliot focuses on creating thoughtful, sustainable solutions that strengthen leadership, improve organizational effectiveness, and support long-term business success.
