This foundation shaped her approach to building people-first processes aligned with business goals. Over the years, Julie has expanded her expertise into HR technology and process optimization. As a self-taught Workday expert, she has successfully led system integrations and reporting that streamline operations and improve data accuracy.
As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, she delivers insights on workforce strategy compliance and HR metrics, covering multi-state compliance and engagement initiatives. Passionate about creating seamless, scalable HR functions, Julie has led cross-functional projects that optimize onboarding and offboarding processes, driving business success.
