KAITY TULLY
Senior Manager of People, Director of HR
Kaity has worked in People Ops for over 10 years. She started as a seasonal HR specialist in the ski industry and worked her way up, touching on many People Ops topics along the way.
Kaity has supported companies in a variety of industries, from hospitality, retail, non-profits, and SaaS. Working for T2T for over 4 years, Kaity has supported leaders in a fractional capacity to restructure their benefits programs to reduce costs while enhancing employee benefits; evaluate, recommend, and lead change management through system changes; and partner closely with leaders and managers on organizational changes and performance management.
Clients have enjoyed working closely with Kaity as she is talented in getting to know each client's business, their team, and providing recommendations that make sense for them.
Kaity lives in Colorado with her husband, toddler, and 2 pups. She enjoys being outside - running, paddleboarding, biking, and finding a good park!
