Mullai has worked in People Ops for over 15 years. She started in regulatory compliance in the finance industry and transitioned into HR while in the energy sector.
Mullai has worked with companies in a variety of industries, including renewable energy, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, and most recently AI-based SaaS. She is a change agent who thrives in the human resources and organizational leadership environment and has designed and implemented strategic frameworks that enhanced employee acquisition, retention, and experience to build a high-performance workplace culture. She is also an active volunteer, and the experience has contributed to her interest in working with multi-generational workforces.
Mullai is known for acting as a navigator and trusted advisor to her clients. She is genuinely interested in getting to know how a company and its employees collaborate and provides recommendations that contribute to improvement now and in the future.
Mullai lives in Colorado with her partner and their pooches. Although a big fan of reading and cooking, she is most at home outdoors and will never turn down a good hike.
