Robin has worked in HR for 10 years, supporting growing companies across all stages of the employee lifecycle. She began her career in payroll and benefits and expanded into broader HR roles, gaining experience in compliance, employee relations, and performance management along the way.

She is a well-rounded People Ops partner with a strong focus on people-first practices. Robin works closely with leaders and employees to build scalable HR foundations and navigate complex workplace challenges with clarity, care, and practicality. She’s passionate about creating environments where both teams and individuals can thrive.

Robin lives in Denver, Colorado, with her partner and growing family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, reading, traveling, and getting outdoors whenever she can.
