Sarah Espinosa

Sarah brings over a decade of comprehensive recruiting experience, with deep expertise across technical, manufacturing, software, and startup environments. She has worked with companies at every stage—from early-stage startups to high-growth tech firms—helping them build scalable, high-performing teams.

Sarah began her career in the staffing world while wearing many hats, scaling a boutique recruiting agency in Oklahoma to triple in size. After relocating to Colorado, she transitioned into internal recruiting and HR operations, where she has since led strategic hiring initiatives, built out recruitment infrastructure from the ground up, and implemented key HR systems at industries in the aerospace, tech, SaaS, marketing, and insurance space.

With a strong focus on both people and process, she has hired across a wide range of roles—engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, product, operations, and HR—and specializes in identifying and attracting hard-to-find, highly technical, and diverse talent.

Beyond her technical expertise, Sarah is passionate about company culture, candidate experience, and building inclusive workplaces. She has led company culture committees, orchestrated diversity and belonging initiatives, and regularly consults on equitable hiring practices.

On a personal note, Sarah moved from Oklahoma to Denver in 2021. She enjoys getting out to the mountains for hiking and camping, going to concerts and shows, spending time with her partner and dog, anything foodie-related, and the world of mycology.
