Ziola is a Lead Recruiter and brings over 15 years of recruiting experience, spanning industries such as high-tech robotics, software, cloud computing, cybersecurity, manufacturing, healthcare, marketing,  e-commerce, and retail.
 
She worked for 5 years in the solar industry as an HR Director. Ziola later got into consulting work and started her own company to help start-ups and small businesses build their teams. She has had several successes including recruiting for Revolv (a home hub before Alexa and Google Home) that was eventually acqui-hired by Nest. She also recruited for PopSockets early in their growth and hired key employees who contributed to their skyrocketing growth.

She has recruited all types of roles, including engineering, customer success, sales, marketing, product, finance, and more. Talent to Team’s clients can leverage Ziola’s wealth of knowledge about recruiting hard-to-find talent, high-tech talent, and building high-performing teams.

On a personal note, Ziola lives in the Asheville, NC area and enjoys hiking (there are lots of waterfalls around the Asheville area!), playing Catan, collecting rare bourbon whiskeys, and going to breweries or vineyards. Ziola also volunteers at a local food pantry.
